DC Heroes Become Malaysian Shadow Puppets
Malaysian artists Tintoy Chuo & Take Huat started Fusion Wayang Kulit by teaming up with Mr Pak Dain, an accredited Master Puppeteer of the Kelantan Traditional Malay Shadow Play to revive this ancient Malaysian artform by merging it with contemporary characters from popular culture. All of the shadow puppets are created according to the original method. They have previously created a Star Wars shadow play & are currently working on a show featuring Japanese giant robots.
